Natalie’s depth of ERP domain expertise and leadership experience make her the ideal partner for building Evolve, the next generation of vertical market financial operating systems. Evolve's mission is to create a market-leading, AI-enabled ERP software platform focused on serving customers in large end-markets with specific software needs: specialty manufacturing, construction and equipment rental, and industrial services. Evolve will leverage Microsoft’s rapidly expanding Dynamics ecosystem - the world’s #1 ERP system, growing over 20% year-over-year, to drive efficient product development on a scalable and secure platform. We’re excited to work with Natalie to build best-in-class software products exclusively designed around these core market niches with more than $1 billion in software spend while selectively acquiring and transforming underdeveloped IP within Microsoft’s partner network into a high-margin, product-led software enterprise.

Natalie before Evolve

Before partnering with Juxtapose, Natalie led production of $100MM in annual professional services revenue across 12 business units within Net-at-Work, a private equity-backed software publisher and reseller in the Sage, Netsuite & Acumatica ERP ecosystems. Prior to Net-at-Work, Natalie built the Microsoft Business Central practice within Stoneridge Software, one of Microsoft’s largest partners, building a 100+ person team with $35MM of revenue from scratch in five years and being named Microsoft Partner of the Year (2022). Natalie launched her career at SPS Commerce (a $5 billion market cap supply chain software business), supporting the scaling of an 80-person organization to over 1,000 globally (including successful IPO in 2010). With more than 2 decades of experience in software as a service, professional services leadership, and technology enablement focused on small & mid-size businesses, Natalie's passion is helping those businesses be the best, most nimble organizations, with individual contributors empowered to deliver bottom line results.

Career Highlights

2022

Joined as Chief Professional Services Officer to help guide Net-at-Work through a successful sale. We radically transformed the support model, migrated 100+ clients a year from on-prem to cloud, and integrated 7 acquisitions, growing subscription revenue from under $2M to $35M in just 2.5 years. During this time, the team became the fastest-growing Acumatica partner, earned Sage Platinum Partner of the Year, and completed a strategic sale to Lovell Minnick in Sept 2023.

2017

Joined StoneRidge at a pivotal moment as we embraced the early adoption of Microsoft Business Central. We successfully delivered more than 25 projects annually while seamlessly integrating three acquisitions into the fold. I helped introduce innovative recurring support models that transformed the business, driving strong profitability and remaining a best-in-class partner. These efforts contributed to StoneRidge earning prestigious recognition as a top 1% Inner Circle Partner and ultimately being named Partner of the Year in 2022.

2005

I spearheaded the internal digital transformation at SPS Commerce that fueled growth, scaling annual recurring revenue from $50 million to $225 million. Dedicated exclusively to finance and accounting,I fully owned the quote-to-cash process across more than eight acquisitions, leading a fundamental shift in our revenue operations that is still ahead of its time today. This transformation grew our client base 5x and created a scalable, integrated foundation that powered long-term growth.
