Talent is the backbone and not-so-secret sauce at our firm (as well as for every company we build and invest in), and to be recognized for that magic internally is something we could not be more proud of.
Team culture is a major focus for us at Juxtapose, and we strive to create and maintain an open and growth-oriented environment. From our "observations" listserv where all employees across teams and levels of seniority can send and discuss concept perspectives in the open, to our monthly field studies where the team gets together to bond and learn about a creative new skill or concept (most recently, mushroom foraging!), Juxtapose is made stronger by every colleague's individual personality and unique set of experiences.
We are especially grateful for the Inc. Best Workplaces distinction because our placement on the list is based largely on anonymous employee surveys. We are so thankful for our colleagues across concept development, talent, user research and design, and business operations who make Juxtapose a place we are all fortunate to call home.
